b/c if you have a level 55 youve pretty much leveled and what not it would be dumb for a like lvl 1 to be able to make a 55 w/o any exp or have earned it

i think the lvls 20 to 30 are the hardest cause the places to get xp are to hard for one person and when your in a group you don't get as much xp or easy but theres practically no xp |
