i totally agree, the nannying towards aviation in the uk is more than a little annoying. We're lucky in that we have quite a small club (though it is still a fairly active airfield) so we can have a bit of fun

I could have sworn I there was a jet that flew by, but it was a blur? Excellent group of airplanes you guys and gals brought to one spot. Probably just as much fun sitting around afterwards.

This video reminded me of a typica Saturday at most small airports around the time I started flying,now its being called a "needless risk". It might be a needless risk if it was in front of a approching thunderstorm or by a low time pilot, but this was once the norm.
