It didn't have that many vocal tracks I don't reckon, Robin and Barry are doing the falsetto while Maurice does the low, there might be another falsetto track but probably not 24. :)
Although they did do around 24 takes.

It was dubbed...the studio version had something like 24 vocal tracks so there was no way they could re-create that onstage. They may be singing live vocals that are tucked into the backing track.
